§ 34-39. Technical rescue.

It shall be the duty and obligation of the responsible party to reimburse, in a timely and reasonable manner, the emergency response agency of the city responding to a technical rescue, and any private contractor responding to the incident at the request of such emergency response agency, for the costs incurred in the course of providing emergency action.
