§ 86-19. Pedestrian congestion.

It shall be unlawful for any person to stand, remain idle or in any way obstruct or hinder pedestrian movement on the sidewalk across the Fox River Bridge on Main Street and along such sidewalk to Columbus Street in the City of Ottawa, Illinois, between the hours of 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday of each week when Ottawa Township High School is in session.
