§ 74-226. Fees.

(a)

Building permit. Fee for design review shall be included in the fee paid for the associated building permit.

(b)

Subdivision. Fee for design review shall be included in the fee paid for the subdivision, pursuant to section of the subdivision ordinance.

(c)

Site development/parking lots. The fee for design review shall be $10.00 per parking space.
