§ 22-255. Permit fees.

A written application for a permit shall be accompanied by plans and specifications sufficiently detailed to enable determination of compliance with the requirements of this article. The fee for a permit to construct a private swimming pool shall be $25.00 for aboveground and $50.00 for underground.
