§ 22-204. Permit fees/reports.

  • (a)

    The plumbing inspector shall collect the following fees for:

    (1)

    Public and private buildings, $10.00 per opening;

    (2)

    The inspection of connections with the street sewer, $40.00;

    (3)

    The inspection of each opening left for future connections with sewer drainage, the sum of $10.00; and

    (4)

    The inspection of all drain openings for refrigeration, and/or air conditioning units, $10.00.

    (b)

    All fees shall be paid at the time that the application for the permit is filed. The plumbing inspector shall each day pay the city clerk all monies collected by him, and shall take a duplicate receipt from the city clerk, and shall make monthly reports to the council, showing the receipts and expenditures, and the entire work of his department during the preceding month.
