§ 10-58. Banners and signs.

Latest version.

No licensee under this article shall display outside the licensed premises more than one temporary sign or banner. All such temporary signs or banners shall be attached to the licensed premises, and no banners may be freestanding, or located in the right-of-way, or attached to trees, light poles, fences or other structures external to the licensed premises.
