§ 106-131. Annexation into city required.

  • No extension of water mains or sanitary sewer mains shall be made into industrial and commercial areas adjacent to the city limits unless the areas to be so served by the water main and sanitary sewer main extension shall first have been annexed to the city and the owner of such land has submitted to the council a preliminary plan acceptable to the council showing the proposed use of the area. Such plan shall:

    (1)

    Be filed in triplicate.

    (2)

    Show the north point.

    (3)

    Include the date of preparation.

    (4)

    Show the scale of plan.

    (5)

    Include the names and addresses of the developer and designer of the plan.

    (6)

    Include the designation of township, section, town and range or other legal descriptions.
