§ 106-47. Unnecessary waste.

  • Consumers shall prevent unnecessary waste of water and keep all water outlets closed when not in actual use. If unnecessary waste of water takes place, the water and sewer department reserves the right to cut off the supply. The city reserves the right to prohibit the use of water for yard sprinklers when in the judgment of the city it shall be necessary to do so.
