§ 102-165. Unlawful parking.

No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway:

(1)

In a location that is not marked with lines on both sides when within a marked parking zone, which is defined as an area where the permitted parking areas are marked with lines to designate individual spaces.

(2)

On or over the marked lines when within a marked parking zone, as defined in subsection (1) above.

(3)

For the principal purpose of displaying it for sale.

(4)

To wash, grease, or repair such vehicle except when repairs are necessitated by an emergency.

(5)

Storage.
